「景気条項」で難航も＝消費増税法案、事前審査－政府・民主

民主党で１４日始まる消費増税法案の事前審査では、経済状況によって増税を停止できる「景気条項」が再び争点となりそうだ。党内の増税慎重派は、景気回復を裏付ける具体的な数値目標など条件の厳格化を求める構えで、法案の月内提出に向けた議論は難航する可能性もある。
